Our Services

event planning

We support event planning that goes beyond logistics — aiming to create moments of connection and clarity. From scientific conferences to public engagement, we blend structure with storytelling to make every experience intentional and impactful.

Our approach is collaborative and detail-driven. Whether it’s a roundtable, exhibition, or full-scale launch, our goals are cohesion, organisation, and lasting impressions.

THE GLOBAL CARDIAC FORUM — PROCARDIO

CLIENT CHALLENGE

Roche needed to host an international cardiology congress bringing together leading experts. While speakers and attendees were confirmed, they needed support with the logistics and an unified visual experience throughout the event.

OUR STRATEGIC APPROACH

We handled event logistics and created communication assets for a cohesive, on-brand experience. These included digital signage, motion graphics, branded materials (lanyards and badges), large-format displays (pillar covers, posters, podcast backdrop, and social media wall), and an exhibition highlighting Roche's cardiology legacy.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

The congress welcomed 41 expert speakers and 275 attendees from 43 countries. Our work delivered consistent visual branding and smooth operations.

FIGURE 1A
THE SCIENTIFIC ART EXHIBITION

CLIENT CHALLENGE

When we launched Figure 1A, we aimed to bridge the gap between science and society by celebrating the beauty in science. We started with zero visibility, no funding, and only 40 submissions for a short exhibition. Our challenge was to build a sustainable, and consistent strategy that could lead to the engagement of both; the scientific community and the general public.

OUR STRATEGIC APPROACH

Over the last seven years, we've built Figure 1A from the ground up. We developed the visual identity, website, and fundraising strategy. We managed logistics and installations, while creating targeted communication campaigns for scientists, artists and the public.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

The project has evolved from a 3-day into a 3-week exhibition at the Hôtel de Ville of Lausanne. We now receive 300 submissions annually from over 20 countries, with hundreds of visitors to the exhibition and associated events (talks, workshops, round tables).
